Palešu Mēbeles/Furniture of Wooden Pallets

Furniture and interior designs made out of wooden pallets has been popular in Latvia and around the globe for quite some time. It can be combined in many different ways and it's possible to make chairs, tables, sofas, swings, beds etc. Everything that comes to mind. Choosing this solution - restoring the old rather than buying new furniture - reduces the total amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere and preserves the natural resource – wood. The goal of this campaign is to create a business where making furniture out of pallets will be assigned to a risk groups of society, after they do the proper training. To work with pallets there is no need for higher education or qualification of a carpenter, that is why after training we'll give a chance of work to those who have been unemployed for a long time, people with movement disorders and youngsters from orphanages. That way we can cover the unemployment in the part of society that finds it really hard to find a job. The company will be doing pallet processing, montage and other works of carpentry, as well as pillow and mattress cover making. The duties will be divided by employee skill levels. Both hard physical work and precise after treatment of products will be necessary that is why it is possible to employ both man and woman. These risk groups of society would appreciate any type of employment opportunity, therefore they would treat their work with great accuracy and carefulness. To start this project we need 6000eur. This money will be spent on equipment, instruments, sewing machine and rent. Publics support is very important for this project to begin its growth successfully. Jau kādu laiku popularitāti Latvijā un pasaulē ir ieguvušas mēbeles un interjera priekšmeti, kuras tiek veidotas no celtniecības paletēm. Tās iespējams veidot visdažādākajās kombinācijās un izgatavot var kreslus, galdus, dīvānus, šūpoles, gultas utt. Jeb ko, kas ienāk prātā un cik vien ļauj paša iztēle. Izvēloties šādu risinājumu atjaunot veco, nevis pirkt jaunu tiek samazināts kopējais CO2 izmešu daudzums, kas nonāk atmosfērā un tiek saglabāts dabas resurss - koksne. Šīs kampaņas mērķis ir izveidot uzņēmumu, kur palešu mēbeļu ražošanas procesu un mīksto detaļu šūšanas darbus uzticēsim sabiedrības riska grupām, sniedzot pirms tam nepieciešamās apmācības. Lai apstrādātu paletes nav nepieciešama augstākā izglītība vai galdnieka kvalifikācija, tāpēc pēc nepieciešamo prasmju apmācībām dosim iespēju strādāt un nopelnīt algu ilgstošiem bezdarbniekiem, cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem un jauniešiem no bērnu namiem. Tādā veidā mēs nosegsim to sabiedrības daļu, kuriem atrast darbu sagādā vislielākās problēmas. Uzņēmums nodarbosies ar palešu apstrādi, montāžu un citiem kokapstrādes darbiem, kā arī spilvenu un matraču pārvalku šūšanu. Darbi tiks sadalīti attiecīgi cilvēku prasmēm un spējām.
